Tara is our Chief People and Culture Officer. She led the implementation of a four-day workweek at Simprints, improving retention and employee satisfaction, particularly regarding work-life balance.

Simprints has won several prestigious awards under Tara’s leadership: #39 in Newsweek’s Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces, Top 100 of Flexa’s most flexible workplaces, and top placements on UK Great Place to Work lists, including special categories for Wellbeing, Non-profits and Workplaces for Women.

Tara was named a Flexa Pioneer in 2023.
